Sage offers the freshest and highest quality products available
seasonally and are prepared fresh daily by Chef Andrew Meek. Sage
proudly offers produce and meats that are indigenous to Iowa. Our
seafood is sent to us overnight directly from the source. Our award
winning wine selection is available to complement your dining experience
along with a full bar.
You can also stop in and enjoy a glass of wine, an appetizer or
a full dinner served at the bar. We offer a full selection of premium
spirits.
Limiting the dining room to 62 seats allows Chef Meek to incorporate
unique and boutique style ingredients to his menu. Working with
Cleverley Farms allows Chef Meek to create menu items with fresh
produce including baby mustard greens, which is a spicy lettuce
and has a very unique flavor. They also provide delicious baby fennel,
fingerling potatoes, and organic asparagus. We proudly serve Niman
Ranch pork, which is a local pork producer. Sunstead Farms offers
a variety of exceptional heirloom tomatoes, baby leeks, and eggplant.
The nightly features offered may include the chuckar partridge and
pheasants from Malloy Gamebird. In addition to the local growers,
Chef Meek also works with several seafood companies around the nation
for the freshest seafood.
